monetized YouTube channel, follow these proven strategies:
1. Enable All Ad Formats
Go to YouTube Studio > Content . . . select Videos
or Shorts Monetization . . . select one or more
Videos . . . select the $ for Video Monetization . . . review the Ad Settings
Turn on pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll, skippable, and non-skippable ads.
Enable overlay ads for desktop viewers.
It looks like YouTube Studio has updated its interface, and the
Monetization settings might be under a different section. Here’s how you can
access them:
How to Enable All Ad Formats in YouTube Studio
Sign in to YouTube Studio – Go to YouTube Studio.
Go to the "Earn" Tab – In the left menu, click Earn (formerly
Monetization).
Select "Ad Settings" or "Ad Formats" – If available, this is where you
can enable different ad types.
Enable All Ad Formats – Turn on:
Skippable & Non-Skippable Ads
Overlay Ads
Bumper Ads
Display Ads
Save Changes – Click Save to apply the settings.
If you don’t see the Ad Settings option, YouTube may have moved it under
Video-Level Monetization:
Go to Content > Select a video > Click Monetization.
Enable all ad formats for individual videos.
